The narrow job
The target flow would turn canonical Base USDC into native ETH at the same wallet without first needing gas. It would submit directly to CoW; Gas Station would not receive funds, wallet keys, permits, or executable order signatures.
Current boundary
Protocol discovery and a draft schema for offline receipt tooling are live. Never upload permits, calldata, appData, or order signatures here. Customer execution remains disabled.
